We recently undertook a refurbishment project for a 6.6m Simba CultiPress.
The machine had our 600mm Wear Plates fitted 4 years ago but the original rings had been well used and worn through on the shoulders, so it was time to replace them.
After a complete strip-down, we replaced all 16 new heavy-duty, fully sealed bearings and spools where necessary, and installed a new set of 112 PRR-610 ring halves.
The project, which was undertaken for a customer in North Yorkshire, took just one week!
This was the fourth refurbishment we’ve undertaken during November for those taking up the offer of our Free-Fitting service.
